Due to the nature of physical book products:
Change-of-mind refunds are not offered.
- A refund or replacement will only be issued if your item arrives damaged or faulty.
- If your item arrives damaged:
- Email us at info@toddmaguire.com.au within seven days of delivery.
- Include clear photos of the damage.
- Provide your order number.
Once assessed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Digital products (if applicable)
If any digital products are sold on this website (such as ebooks, downloads or bonuses):
- All digital sales are final
- No refunds can be provided once the file has been delivered
